Our comprehensive return policy
We of course accept returns, if you are not satisfied with your ordered item, we have a comprehensive return policy to help you return the ordered product to us.
30 days no questions asked
You can return a product to us for any reasons within a 30 days period after you receive the package. The product must be in unused condition, the packaging must hasn't been opened.
All you have to do is to just contact us by email, we will provide you our return address in China and an RMA number that you will have to write on a paper, put it inside the package and ship that package to us (shipping cost from your country to China is at your own expense).
Once we receive the returned package we will process a refund (initial shipping cost is not refundable) by transfer to the same crypto currency you used when you placed the order (the value of the product will remain always according to USD (US dollars), therefore there would be no loss of currency change on your side.
